Lucidity
I am feeling intense emotion at the moment, stronger than for many years. I feel a deep synchronicity with the world and real clarity. This website has been written largely spontaneously and from a position of clarity, but not as strong as this. I just want to record the moment without wanting to analyse it.
It is as though all the writing and recording has been moving to this point in a way that I cannot explain.
Who knows whether it will last or grow, that doesn't matter and I can't even begin to put it into words. Awowness is all around and I know that 'All things shall be well'. This is what this website is all about in its imperfect way. Lose the self and something much more powerful will take its place; a world of infinite possibilities all happening at the same time. We are far more than the one reality we have been taught to see. All the silence, deep silence, has exploded into brilliance. Everything I have written is both meaningless but perfect at the same time.
I have glimpsed a subtle world which is love and unity - glimpsed the heaven we walk into when we lose ourselves. ______________________________________
It's now 2 days later. In the cold light of day let me turn this into an exploration.
That is the first time I have used this site consciously as a journal entry.
It was only a brief glimpse and more of a wish than reality, in fact it produced some anxiety when it made me realise how far I am from that level of openness. That takes a harsh view of the 'glimpse' and part of the human situation is that we don't acknowledge such experiences.(I watched the Celestine Prophesy yesterday - see discussion §35).
I have realised that very many of the entries on this website come from an opening of whole body awareness - a trusting of what is deeply felt - and a willingness to listen to what that feeling 'wants' from us; that is tapping into what I call Ancient Body Knowledge in the ebook. I have also experienced this, but I close down the experience of it too quickly.
The exploration is to open to this knowledge consciously more and more.
