These two questions can be asked as often as you remember. If you are not sure how you feel, then look at the two long lists under 'discussion/discuss sections, section6, values on 'feel good' and 'feel bad'

One of these days
This link is to a well known poem 'One of these days' (anonymous)
Which line or two lines mean most to you now? Write this/these down. Why are they meaningful?
What do you want as a result of the line(s) you have chosen? How do you feel?
It is very easy to read something but then move on without thinking. Take your time.
On the other hand, any part which repels you might also be embraced. It is the parts which we gloss over which will have most to say.
As time goes on, different parts of a poem or reading will become important. This is natural, but puzzling. Writing down thoughts and then returning to them later makes this clear.
Read §46 in the ebook. Do you have any experience of this?
This book/website is very different from any other you will find. It depends upon a PROCESS and not an end result. I do not ask you to believe anything or like anything. If there is one part of the process that works for you - like reading poetry really slowly to find one small part which means something to you right now, then great.
