What do you understand about the agreements? Write about each one in your journal or on a piece of paper. A journal is a good idea because when you re-read it in 6 months time you will sometimes be astounded at the change in the way you now think.
Display The Four Agreements. Set the 'silent' soundtrack playing:
Read agreement 1 and sit quietly for any amount of time which seems right. Repeat for the other agreements. New understanding may come within the silence.
If the silence is difficult, this doesn't matter, but try and repeat it a few times and spend a few moments with your awareness when it has finished.
Record new perspectives on the Agreements in your journal after the silence.
With practice, try the full 10 minute silence with each agreement. This can be repeated in a few months, or try it on readings or quotes which inspire you.
