Try listening to it as a meditation! By this I mean don't analyse it, just keep an open mind. When I first watched it my mind was analysing every word. After a while I focussed 'behind the words' in a sense and began to see the emotion in the story.
Don't try to explain it too much at first. Replay it, or part of it, several times over.
How does it feel to know just how differently the two sides of your brain operate?
The world develops just the left side of the brain. How can we develop the powerful right side?
Looking at something or reading something without judging it can be a totally different experience. Then you may get an answer to questions from a new perspective.
I have just read an article on 'heart coherence' and realised that much of the methodology in these explorations so far involves moving the heart into coherence (calm pulsating) as opposed to chaotic pulsating. In the chaotic state the mind is made chaotic as well, which is why we 'lose it' sometimes.
Coherence can be produced in ANY situation, even when the heartbeat is high. Talking gently to the heart produces coherence and this directly impacts the left, intuitive creative brain, producing awowness.
