1 Background to Awowness
The ebook was written in July 2007. It was written in 16 hours over a 6-day period. Each of the 52 sections has a suggested activity.

Begin by reading the book slowly.

The Internet version is under 'Get Awowness - Awowness Online' on the tabs at the top of the page.

The Word version can be downloaded under 'Get Awowness - Downloads - Book'.

I suggest reading a little a day, and perhaps going to later steps (sound files and 'discuss sections') before moving on through the book.

Clicking the banner 'Awowness' at the top of every page will get you back to the home page.

Many people who have already used this site are too busy to slow down their thinking. Come to this site when you discover that being busy isn't totally fulfilling!
1 Soundtracks
The mp3 soundtracks were recorded in November 2007. Try some of the activities in the ebook and play the soundtracks to help. Try downloading tracks to an ipod.

Experiment freely, perhaps by playing your favourite track at busy times of the day.

The soundtrack is under 'Get Awowness - Downloads - Soundtracks'.
1 Development -links to other material
The ebook is just a starting point for exploration. There are many links to websites and video which have been added throughout 2008 and beyond.

These are under 'Discussion - Discuss Sections'

The links are broadly in line with the sections of the ebook! When you find an interesting link spend time with it.

Remember that an idea which is puzzling may make sense at a later date. Stay open to ideas.

There is no need to register unless you wish to add material or comments on this part of the site.
1 Audio Files
These were recorded during a 24 hour period in February 2008. They represent an immediate response by me to each section of the ebook, so there are 52 of them. The idea to do these recordings was spontaneous and the talking was continuous.

Each step of this site is a progression for me, and arises from the greater knowledge, or Ancient Body Knowledge as I call it.

I have listened to the files at one go (there are 4 hours of recording), but I suggest listening to each in turn as you progress through the ebook.

Try recording your thoughts, either in a journal or through a microphone. Your journey can only happen spontaneously and at the right time, and its direction will surprise you!
1 Explorations
The explorations represent a development of the ideas in the ebook for 2009. Look at these on 'Discussion - Explorations'.

I have numbered them 53-104 to give an idea of progression from the basic ebook. This need not stop you browsing this part of the site first.

Awowness is a very different approach to learning than the norm. The focus in Explorations will be extending this reflective way of working to everyday activities including reading, writing, watching, listening and day to day work.

The next step will be a fully interactive ebook, which will link all parts of the site to the pages of the ebook.

I run Awowness workshops in the South of England in 2009, so please email me if you are interested.
