- Track One
A body relaxation activity.
This is a basic meditation to do as often as you remember.
Find the time in your busy day to relax your physical body.
- Track Two
The awareness activity.
This activity looks at each sense in turn. Once you are familiar with it try and isolate one sense, e.g. hearing, when you are in a busy place.
Don't interpret the sounds, just listen.
- Track Three
Think of a story which made you laugh or cry. It could be a book or a film or a fairy tale or real life. It could be happy or sad.
Read §5 in the ebook and play track 3.
- Track Four
This activity is based on a 17th century Quaker writing. It is written to have increasing levels of silence between each section.
Like Marmite, you may love it or hate it.
- Track Five
10 minutes of silence! The cymbals are used to reassure you that your equipment is still working.
Silence is golden!
- Track Six
The Pearl of Great Price.
Take time to look at things. Stop striving for an answer......... and the answer will come to you!
- Track Seven
Read §16 in the ebook. Now play the same thing spoken. Which is the more powerful?
- Track Nine
One of these days. When will you realise that 'Now is the time' (to quote Martin Luther King)? From §46 in the ebook.
- Track Twelve
The Emperor's Seed. Be honest now! Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive (to quote Shakespeare). From §45 in the ebook.

- §01
These 52 tracks represent 4 hours of continuous talking about each section of the ebook. You will need to have read the ebook and looked at the website thoroughly before listening to these tracks.
- §02
Have §2 of the ebook in front of you. This is my immediate response to reading that section 9 months after writing it. Read each section of the book before playing the audio.
- §03
Each of these files are about 5 minutes of talking, the whole 52 sections recorded in a single day.
- §04
As I write this I am playing the audio for §4. The idea of ‘appropriateness’ came up in the ‘just talking’.
- §05
Get out of your comfort zone – start with small things.
- §06
This issue is still with me now. Have the confidence to do what feels right.
- §07
I am still talking about ‘comfort zone’. Breaking habits purposefully is something I am still doing. The ‘Discuss/explorations’ section is the next part of my development and will say more on this.
- §08
In the ‘wow’ moment there is no thought. This reading is challenging. I enjoyed listening to this again.
- §09
I am growing in confidence in speaking on the audio. Let your ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and your ‘no’ be ‘no’!
- §10
The whole point of the audio is that I did it! What can you say? This audio suggests why this website is different from some others!

- §11
The ‘Discussion-discuss sections' §11 of the website records the creative response of two people in response to the creativity of the poem.
- §12
I wasn’t sure about listening to these audio files again, but they are better than my mind has been telling me and not embarrassing!
- §13
Listening to these files is one way of slowing down the reading of the book. Take your time.
- §14
Do we act or just talk about climate change?
- §15
On being kind (compassionate) to self and others.
- §16
All is well, all is well, all things shall be well with me (similar to famous quote of Julian of Norwich).
- §17
Listening openly to others, without planning what I am going to say in return, is so powerful.
- §18
These audio files are being recorded without time gaps in between tracks and totally unplanned. This process of ‘just talking’ is more important than the content.
- §19
Hugs are not just for bears!
- §20
The final track completed for today. That’s 20 audio tracks recorded today. Does my tiredness show?

- §30
Can I say ‘I am a peaceful person’?

On speaking without thought.
- §33
On just talking. I am reminded that I have only had to stop the recording very few times so far, and that this is a continuous narrative being spoken.

- §35

- §39
‘I want’ has become ‘I wait’.

- §51
Ends with a reading of the activity in the book.
- §52
Ends with an emotional reading from §52.
