I am a Quaker. We have no creed, we have silent worship and believe in searching for the good in every situation or person. The meditation in A4 in the book is based on an original Quaker 'seek the light' idea.
It seems to me that all religions come from the same base if taken back far enough in history, but that we have lost and distorted much of the 'knowing' (Ancient Wisdom in my book. I am trying to be consistent with this when choosing links, but this is not easy.
