I saw an interesting news snippet on 'luck' yesterday. It suggested that lucky people are those most aware of what is going on around them, as they are more likely to to notice something that is to to their advantage.
This makes sense to to me, but I have never thought about it that way. The more aware a person is the more likely they are to to notice something which may seem insignificant, like the job advert that changes a career.
Although awareness won't make you win the jackpot, an optimistic outlook may make you take advantage of small clues that others miss. (perhaps a more aware person is less likely to to try and win a jackpot in the first place)
By the way, in this posting is a standard 'trick' of awareness. You did well to to spot it on first reading. If you didn't spot the deliberate mistake on first reading you might not spot it now.
Welcome to awareness and a more positive outlook. Look at every word you read!

Emotion
I have just come across the first description of emotion that makes some sense. In 'IS - Spiritual Wisdom for a Chaotic Age' by Conor Paterson it is described as 'Emotions mark boundaries by rising up. To allow this uprising and to respect those boundaries is to operate within them for physical and mental survival'.
Chapter 7 in his book is worth reading several times over.

Qoute
I can't give you a sure-fire formula for success, but I can give you a formula for failure: try to please everybody all the time.

Simple, but it is just right for me right now. Many things on this site are 'of their time'. There will be things on this site which are 'for you, now'. Read the ebook and follow your intuition.
